Demo terms of use

1. Service and provider

The ProdArea demo service is provided by Batuhan Özbekozan. You can contact us through the website’s contact form. The demo lets you evaluate the application’s job creation, equipment list and quotation workflow using sample data.

2. Demo account

Your account becomes active for 14 days once email verification and workspace preparation are complete. You can create up to 5 jobs. The workspace starts with 5 lighting, 5 audio and 5 video equipment items, plus a sample job that counts toward this limit. Demo PDFs are not commercial quotations. A paid subscription does not start automatically and no payment card details are collected.

3. Account security

You must provide accurate contact details, protect your password and not share your account with unauthorized people. Attempting to access another company’s data, submitting malicious content or disrupting the service is prohibited. Access may be restricted in cases of misuse.

4. Demo data

Do not upload real personnel identity details, health documents or trade secrets to the demo workspace. Use test records. You are responsible for the accuracy of records you create and for your rights to any content you upload. The demo must not be used as the sole record system for your live operations.

5. Duration and expiry

Workspace access closes when the demo period expires; no fee is charged. You can request deletion of your account or data through the contact form. After the demo ends, data is not retained longer than necessary for the service. Identity verification may be required to process an account-related request.

6. Changes and support

Demo features may be developed further and maintenance may cause temporary interruptions. Changes are published on this page. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Moving to a paid service requires acceptance of separately provided terms.
