Frequently asked questions.
Do I pay extra for technicians?
No. Technician and on-site users are unlimited. The base plan includes 3 managers; each additional manager costs 250 TL per month. Manager seats are determined by assigned management permissions, not role names.
Are add-ons charged per user?
No. Each add-on costs 500 TL per company per month. All five modules with 3 managers cost 7,500 TL per month, excluding VAT.
Can I quote in different currencies?
Yes. Choose a currency and exchange rate, apply discounts, and generate a Turkish or English PDF. There’s no need to rebuild your equipment list.
Does my crew have to see pricing?
No. Roles and permissions control what each user can see. Technicians can use the job calendar and equipment lists without access to prices.
Can I create a company account now?
Yes. Verify your email to start a 14-day demo. Try the equipment list and PDF quote workflow with five sample items each for lighting, audio and video, and up to 5 jobs. No card is required; online payments are not yet available.
