Data controller

The data controller for ProdArea is Batuhan Özbekozan. You can submit questions and requests concerning your personal data through the contact form.

What information is processed?

Registration records include your full name, company name, email address, a non-reversible hash of your password, and the time and version of your acceptance of the terms. We process account verification, session and security records; job, customer, venue and equipment details entered in the demo; and messages sent through the contact form. A hash of the IP address is used to limit request frequency.

Purposes and legal bases

Information is collected through electronic forms and your use of the service. The legal bases are entering into or performing a contract to create the account and provide the demo; establishing, exercising or protecting a right to manage requests and disputes; and legitimate interests in service security and preventing misuse, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Demo registration is not treated as consent to marketing emails.

Service providers and transfers

We use OpenAI Sites / Cloudflare to host the application, Neon (Frankfurt) for databases, Resend for automated email, and email service providers to receive contact messages. Loading fonts may send a network request to Google Fonts. These services use infrastructure outside Türkiye; account, message and technical data may be transferred to the relevant providers to the extent needed to deliver the service. Requests from competent authorities are evaluated under applicable law.

Retention and security

Company demo data is stored in separate databases. Passwords are hashed, the session cookie is inaccessible to JavaScript, and communication uses HTTPS. Verification links expire and can be used only once. Records are kept only for the periods required by the service and legal obligations. Account deletion requests are reviewed through the contact channel.

Cookies

An essential cookie maintains your session after login. It is valid for up to 12 hours. If you manually choose a language, a preference cookie remembers that choice for up to one year. No advertising or behavioral analytics cookies are used.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and deletion where legal conditions are met; request notification of these actions to recipients; object to an adverse outcome resulting exclusively from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
